The Seasonal Menu “Delicious Sweet Meetings”

Warm up with warm drinks and savour new cheesecakes

         Chill weather will be here soon, therefore our chocolate artists have created a particularly cozy and warm menu “Delicious Sweets Meetings”. The title says everything by itself, as either the cold autumn or the winter season is an ideal time for friendly and family gatherings, hearty conversations, hot tea with a piece of delicious cake. We’d love to introduce our menu in detail with pleasure that combines new fantastic cheesecakes and warm drinks with spices.

Parade of Cheesecakes. Here are three new cheesecakes that will get your attention, made by our pastry chef following special recipes.

Caramel Cheesecake is incredibly delicate with salted caramel and marzipan sponge cake.

Passionfruit Cheesecake - cheesecake with passionfruit and marzipan shortcrust pastry.

Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake - a fluffy chocolate sponge cake with cream cheese and blueberry cheesecake.

Warm up while it’s cold – five hot drinks that will perfectly warm you up during the chill weather. 

Cocoa drink with macadamia - a natural cocoa drink with syrup, macadamia nut and whipped cream.

Tropical fruit tea - natural tea with mango and passionfruit based purée.

Spiced mulled wine - non-alcoholic mulled wine with raspberry, blackcurrant, apple, orange, cinnamon and clove.

Sea-buckthorn tea – aromatic tea with sea-buckthorn, orange, cinnamon, anise and mint.

Coconut hot chocolate with ice cream - dark chocolate with coconut flavor, milk, ice cream and coconut flakes.
